The Controller will process your data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).
2. We provide proper technical and organizational measures to ensure safety of personal data, including data provided by users of the website specifically making it impossible for third parties to access it or process it against the law, preventing data loss, data damage or destroying.

Personal data shall be stored for at least as long as is necessary to meet contractual obligations and exercise contractual rights. This period may extend beyond the actual contractual period given that the data may remain relevant, even after the contract end date, in respect of limitation periods. Moreover, data may only be erased after expiry of any retention periods under tax and commercial law.
7. We process your data for marketing purposes until you ask that the information be deleted and, in any case, no longer than 10 years.
8. For purposes other than mentioned above, we store your data up to 3 years, unless you revoke your consent.
