The Controller will process your data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

2. We provide proper technical and organizational measures to ensure safety of personal data, including data provided by users of the website specifically making it impossible for third parties to access it or process it against the law, preventing data loss, data damage or destroying.

3. We collect personal information (e.g. name, surname, email address) that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our services, or when you submit a contact form.

4. We process personal data of our clients in order to:

a) respond to inquiries sent by the contact form and promote our services. The basis for processing in this case is our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Data processing shall be subject to your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).

b) perform the contracts for the provision of services (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

c) fulfil legal obligations (GDPR art. 6(1)(c)).

5. We may transfer your personal data only to suppliers that provide services to our benefit. Data recipients may include in particular: persons operating infrastructure or IT systems, subcontractors, persons providing services related to the performance or improvement of the sales process (e.g. payment intermediaries, banks, advertising agencies, couriers or carriers), as well as advisors (e.g. in the field of accounting or legal service).

6. Your personal data shall be immediately erased by us as soon as they are no longer needed for compliance with contractual and/or statutory obligations. Personal data shall be stored for at least as long as is necessary to meet contractual obligations and exercise contractual rights. This period may extend beyond the actual contractual period given that the data may remain relevant, even after the contract end date, in respect of limitation periods. Moreover, data may only be erased after expiry of any retention periods under tax and commercial law.

7.  We process your data for marketing purposes until you ask that the information be deleted and, in any case, no longer than 10 years.

8. For purposes other than mentioned above, we store your data up to 3 years, unless you revoke your consent.

11. The information obtained when you visit the website may include

This means that your session will be tracked, but you will not be identified.
